A 57 yr old woman with knee joint pain

Chief complaints: Knee joint pain and since 2-3 days admitted at Kims , Fever  Narketpalle 18/08/2022

HISTORY OF PRESENT ILLNESS: Knee joint started 2yrs back admitted in yashoda hospital. Treated with injections.

Then recurrent knee joint pain over the years due to which she visited Kims , Narketpalle twice.
